La geometría del espacio tiene múltiples aplicaciones en las ciencias, en la naturaleza, en el desarrollo tecnológico y en la vida cotidiana; su enseñanza aporta al desarrollo intelectual y al pensamiento geométrico espacial, cuestiones vitales para lograr la integralidad en la formación del alumno. Este libro aborda su tratamiento didáctico en la escuela, presentándose un modelo didáctico que favorece el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje desarrollador de la geometría del espacio en el duodécimo grado del bachillerato. En este texto se fundamenta la visualización como un principio heurístico general. El aporte fundamental radica en un modelo didáctico sustentado en este principio, evidenciando las relaciones existentes entre los distintos componentes del momento de resolución, sobre los cuales se manifiesta y se refleja la visualización. Petrogenesis of Metamorphic Rocks presents a large number of diagrams showing the stability relations among minerals and groups of minerals found in metamorphic rocks. The diagrams help to determine the pressure and temperature conditions under which a given set of metamorphic rocks may have formed. Other parameters that control metamorphic mineral assemblages are also discussed and pitfalls resulting from simplifications and generalizations are highlighted.
